CEW (UK) 2010 Beauty Awards finalists announced
CEW (UK) has announced the finalists of the CEW (UK) 2010 Beauty Awards. Following the Product Demonstration Evening, nearly 500 Members voted online for their favourite product in each of the 26 categories. The ballot was then independently reviewed by Ernst & Young. The finalists are:

Kirsten Goss has introduced the decadent ‘encrusted collection’ a series of hand-crafted rings, combining 18kt gold vermeil, sterling silver and rare rose-cut green amethyst. Exclusively made to order, the collection is priced between £325.00 and £385.00. Kirsten Goss designs and crafts in-house using specifically sourced semi-precious stones. Using genuine goldsmithing techniques, each piece is crafted by hand to ensure each design is unique. Designer shopping website Tara Lacey launches later this month
Designer womens shopping website Tara Lacey is set to launch later this month. Initially the site will carry a limited number of ‘hard to find’ designer pieces – some exclusive to the site - from around the world, including floaty and feminine designs from Amsterdam based 2Love Tony Cohen, statement costume jewellery from Fiona Paxton, precision cut pieces from Canadians Tavan & Mitto, and Picasso print silks from young Brit, Olivia Rubin, amongst a number of other labels not yet household names.The site aims to entice women of all ages keen to explore new labels rather than stick to the tried and tested, instantly recognisable, international designers.
