H.Stern launches new collection in collaboration with Oscar Niemeyer

H.Stern is launching a new jewellery collection in collaboration with famous Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer. Considered one of the most influential names in modern architecture, Niemeyer is responsible for the project of Brasilia, the country’s capital constructed in the late 1950’s. The new H.Stern by Oscar Niemeyer Collection is the initiative of Roberto Stern, President and Creative Director of H.Stern, and includes jewellery in gold and diamonds, composed of six different lines named after his works and famous projects. The designers sought inspiration in the outlines and contours of Niemeyers architectural works like those in Brasília, Pampulha - an architectural project in Minas Gerais state, the Copan building in São Paulo and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Niterói. Pictured here is the Copan bracelet in yellow gold, priced £12,500.00. The H.Stern by Oscar Niemeyer collection, which includes earrings, rings, bracelets, chains and charms is launching into Harrods at the end of the month and is priced between £900.00 and £12,500.00.
