For Visionaire's sixtieth issue, the editors of have collaborated with Riccardo Tisci, the artistic director of Givenchy, who has guest-edited RELIGION. Visionaire 60 RELIGION is Tisci's play on the theme of 'religion' as depicted by photos and art commissioned and curated by the designer specially for this issue. Images are featured in black and white with gold pages.
The new edition comes as a leather-wrapped 228-page hardback book. Inspired by a church altar piece, the case's split doors open to reveal the black-on-black stamped book cover inside a black plexiglass-lined interior. There will be 3000 numbered copies of the new Visionaire, individually priced at $425.00. Issues will be distributed to selected bookstores worldwide and at Givenchy flagship stores.
