Observer Ethical Awards Winners announced

The Observer Ethical Awards 2011 have been announced at the V&A Museum, honouring the work of those who champion environmental and social justice. The judges selected winners that represent the best in ethical living and show an innovative approach to working towards a more sustainable future. Derbyshire-based hat brand Pachacuti was awarded in the fashion and accessories category and is the first company in the world to be accredited by the World Fair Trade Organisation. The first Observer Ethical Blog Award was presented to Shirahime, which informs and stirs up debate around the fashion industry. For a full list of winners visit the website below.
