BrandAlley.co.uk announces the 'Little Black Dresses Collection'

BrandAlley.co.uk, the online discount brand emporium, has announced the launch of the definitive ‘Little Black Dresses’ collection in collaboration with Fashion Enter. Formed from the ‘Little Black Dresses’ design competition launched on 2 August, this unique LBD collection comprises ten dresses and acts as a launch pad for some of the most innovative up-and-coming designers to showcase their interpretations of the classic wardrobe staple made famous by Audrey Hepburn in ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’. Chose from the aptly named ‘Audrey’, a classic backless LBD made from the finest lightweight organza, inspired by Audrey Hepburn herself. The ‘Piia’ takes its inspiration from traditional menswear tailoring with a more defined shape and structure. The 50s style ‘Charlotte’, taps straight into the silhouettes of the Autumn/Winter 2010 catwalks with its extravagant A-line skirt and full petty coat. ‘Lace Noir’ combines frills and lace while the ‘Alia’ balances softness, fluidity and comfort with sophistication and elegance. Sportswear and corsetry take centres stage with the ‘Damask Rugby’ - its structured ‘power’ shoulders pay homage to the traditional rugby uniform. The ‘Dress to Impress’ is a simple shift cut with intricate beading detail on the shoulder and has a removable belt. For a more contemporary style, the ‘Batmobile’ is modern and sculptural, inspired by the curves and smoothness of the car in the famed Batman movies. The 100% wool ‘Rihanna’ maintains the modern contemporary vibe through intricate draping, checked lining and an exposed front zip. Comfort, practicality and quality is the motivating force behind the ‘Eleanor’, made up of two garments; a minimalist shift and a futuristic tuxedo waistcoat that when combined form an asymmetric dress. The exclusive ‘Little Black Dresses’ collection will be produced by Fashion Enter’s UK workshop and will be on offer at www.brandalley.co.uk in an exclusive two-week sale, from 15 - 30 September on a made–to-order service. Prices range from £60.00 - £275.00 with limited edition dresses up to £650.00, delivery times will be a maximum of three weeks.
