The 2010 Harper’s Bazaar Britain’s Best Dressed list was revealed last night, with British actress Carey Mulligan occupying the top spot. Mulligan was ahead of Victoria Beckham in second place and Yasmin Le Bon in third. The list was judged by a panel including Harper’s Bazaar Editor, Lucy Yeomans, designers, Erdem Moralioglu and Sienna Miller, milliner Stephen Jones and Harper’s Bazaar, Editor-at-large, Kim Hersov.
