Voy is a new fashion boutique based on 18 Quebec Street, London W1, that will officially open to the public on 3 March. The label takes its name from the founder and designer Vesta Yeboah, who has created a range of dresses and separates aimed at working women using linens, wools and cottons.
Vesta was born in Ghana in the 1970’s and spent her childhood making and customising clothes. In the 1990’s she decided to study fashion, tailoring and product management before gaining experience at Nicole Farhi, French Connection and Simpsons/Daks. In 2000, Vesta launched Voy from a small design studio in the Brick Lane area of Spitalfields.
There will be a glass of wine for all visitors to the opening of the new store as well as the chance to win a made to measure Voy dress (see DIARYdates).
