New menswear trade event
Jacket Required to launch in August

Jacket Required is a new tradeshow for men’s clothing and accessories and is set to take place in East London on 7-8 August. The idea for the new exhibition was conceived by: Mark Batista, founder of London’s To Be Confirmed show, owner of UK sales agency Brand Progression and the shop Number Six; Andrew Parfitt of Egomark, who heads up European sales for a number of menswear brands; and Craig Ford of a number of names*, who has launched and expanded many brands such as Duffer, 6876, BBC and Bape.

With the brands in one place at one time, the new show offers buyers the opportunity to view collections from brands they are familiar with as well as the chance to view brands with a similar ethos that they may not be aware of.

Brands confirmed to date include: Dockers, Heritage Research, Garbstore , Velour, Chevignon Togs, Universal Works, Gitman Vintage, aNYthing , Gourmet, Suit , Seil Marschall, Sandqvist , Calabrese, Reigning Champ, Wings And Horns, Raleigh Denim , 4TN, La Panoplie, Edwin, Human Made, Denim Demon and Modern Classics By Ben Sherman.
