Gogo Philip unveils debut jewellery collection
The Gogo Philip brand aesthetic is based on vintage luxe design made affordable, accessible and modern. The launch collection is a mix of fine gold rings, simple elegant bracelets and necklaces juxtaposed with their big, bold counterparts in the form of chains, earrings and bangles. Photographed by Mari Sarai the collection is modelled by Leanne Elliot and Loulou Dudman who run the door at one of London’s most prominent club nights. The Gogo Philip brand is the brainchild of Georgi (Gogo) Philip Peckinov, Milanese banker turned jewellery entrepreneur who is also responsible for the jewellery label Toy-me and part of the Essi-Pi dynasty, the family that has produced chains for Italy’s most illustrious design houses over the last forty years. Gogo, is now putting that influence to good use, taking inspiration from the infamous designs of the last four decades and producing new range available in 6 Topshops around the UK and on yoox.com. This is not a static collection – new designs are constantly being produced and being added to the collection which can be seen on the brand’s first website www.gogophilip.com. The site launches this week, soon to be a portal to buy each new design as they are released.
